Jessica is a 34 year old caretaker of three lovely girls. She has been in a wheelchair since childhood at the age of two due suffered to polio which left me disabled.
The children are Kagoya Daphine is 14 years old and in the 7th grade, Kagoya Daniella she is 12 years old and in the five grade and Kisakye Magret she is 9 years old in the third grade.
